Through fellowships, internships, arts immersion experiences, and fostering connections to alumni, visiting artists, and industry luminaries, the OFA provides experiences that build careers.

A variety of programs and opportunities gives students insights into the many ways artistic practice can inform careers in education, public service, entrepreneurship, media, technology, and cultural leadership.

Artist Development Fellowships

Each year, the OFA awards 10-15 Artist Development Fellowships to student artists and creators who have an unusual opportunity for artistic growth and transformation.
