Clay With Neighbors Class for Allston-Brighton Residents

The Ceramics Program, Office for the Arts at Harvard, with support from the Boger Family Foundation, is proud to offer 10 scholarships for the Summer 2022 Class, Clay with Neighbors for Allston-Brighton residents. This class will be eight weeks long and will meet on Fridays, June 10th - July 29th, 6:30 - 9:30pm. The first four weeks will be spent with Allston-Brighton artist Gustavo Barceloni. Gustavo will introduce students to our studio and the technique of coil building to create vessels. The next four weeks will be spent with 2021-22 Artist in Residence Deighton Abrams as he introduces the potter's wheel and glazing work.  Any Allston-Brighton resident age 18+ is eligible to apply. No previous ceramics experience required.
