Bio: The Alexander Technique, an educational method which alleviates tension and promotes ease of movement, is often studied along with music instruction. Marie Stroud, who completed her A.T. training in 1980, is STAT (London) and AmSAT certified. While in Germany she worked worked with the medieval ensemble Sequentia and the baroque chamber orchestra Musica Antiqua Koln. Marie currently teaches privately in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and gives workshops for Alexander teachers and students throughout the U.S.
