Jennifer Peace

Instructor, Ceramics Program - Office for the Arts at Harvard
ddd
Jennifer Peace has loved clay since her first YMCA class at the age of 8. She started at the Ceramics Program (then called Radcliff Pottery) in 1990 and has developed her practice with the help of countless dedicated teachers. In 2022 she completed a post-bac certificate in ceramics at UMass Dartmouth focusing on a series of large-scale coil-built vessels. Whether massive or miniature, sculptural or functional, a through line motivating Jenny's work is the tactile satisfaction of the material and the endless expressive potential of atmospheric firing.
