Bio: Emil received his BM from Juilliard under Dorothy DeLay & Naoko Tanaka, and his MM under Erick Friedman from The Yale School of Music. He has performed at Lincoln Center, The Aspen Music Festival, and Italy’s Teatro Galli. He is active as a soloist, chamber musician, and former concertmaster of the Wellesley Symphony. He teaches at NEC Expanded Education as a private and chamber teacher. Has performed with luminaries such as Cho-Liang Lin, Bruno Canino, Fred Sherry, & Ayke Agus. In 2019, he founded the Altschuler Summer Music Institute in Italy which completed its 5th edition this past summer.
