Class Description

An all-levels class where evocative instructions are offered to movers in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere. Gaga classes support a creative framework in which participants can reconnect with their bodies, explore their imaginations, increase their stamina, and experience the pleasure of movement. The exploration of form, speed, and effort is accompanied by the playful investigation of soft and thick textures, delicacy, and explosive power. Gaga's originator, Ohad Naharin, continues to develop and research the movement language, and the classes evolve and vary accordingly. The class runs for one hour: no mirrors and no stopping. No previous dance or Gaga experience is required.

Since Gaga classes have not yet been designed for a hybrid format, enrollment is available only as an in-person experience.
