Embodiment Practices: Healing through Expressive Movement Workshop

Class Description
This is a one-time class offering a holistic, embodied, and therapeutic practice for healing and connection. The class will combine the rhythms and movements of flamenco dance with multiple arts-based elements including free writing, creative movement, storytelling, and drawings for self-expression. The practice offers ways to build connection with oneself and others in order to grow in self-realization, wholeness, and wellbeing. This class is intended to provide a space for attendees to freely express themselves and an opportunity for self-care dancing and healing in community. No previous dance experience necessary.

Suggested Attire
Anything you're comfortable in. No special shoes or clothes required.
What You'll Need For In Studio Participation
Face masks are optional. You're encouraged to bring your own water bottle. Notebooks will be provided.
