Jesse Ellis (he/him) is a filmmaker, digital artist, writer and Program Staff Assistant for the OFA. He previously worked as the Volunteer Coordinator for Literations, a student literacy nonprofit in the Boston Public Schools, as well as in the Technical Services department for the Public Library of Brookline system. He has worked as a freelance illustrator for more than a decade, focusing on digital concept and character design. As a screenwriter and filmmaker, he has a passion for the exploration of underrepresented voices and exploring plausible fantasies within our society. He is currently completing a B.F.A. in digital filmmaking at Lesley University's College of Art & Design in Cambridge. 
 
At home, he has a passion for terrariums and plants, movies, rockhounding and cuisine.
