The Office for the Arts annually funds approximately 100 arts projects that involve up to 2,500 undergraduates and some graduate students. Given across artistic disciplines, these grants foster a broad and rich community of artmaking that involves students of all backgrounds and levels of accomplishment. Most projects occur extracurricularly.

## 2025-26 Academic Year Deadlines

  
**Fall 2025 events:** Monday, September 22 (end of day, by 12 Midnight)  
**Note:** If you miss this deadline or have a Wintersession 2026 project, consider applying for an[ Express Grant](https://ofa.fas.harvard.edu/ofa-express-grant) (deadline Monday, October 27)

**Spring 2026 events**: Monday, January 12 (end of day, by 11:59pm)   
**Note:** If you miss this deadline, consider applying for an [Express Grant](https://ofa.fas.harvard.edu/ofa-express-grant) (deadline Monday, March 2).
