In the realms of exploration and refinement, where is your growth edge? Join a community to deepen your artistic process and studio thinking. We will practice creative problem-solving skills, analyze works by contemporary ceramic artists, and reflect upon your work. Participants are invited to keep a sketchbook to experiment with new ideas and collect inspirations. Through short creative challenges and serious play with mixed media, you will gain new perspectives and possibilities that support your creative growth.
This is not a ceramics studio course. Participants are encouraged to share works in progress produced during their studio course this semester. The class is limited to 15 participants.
Registration for this workshop is limited to those registered for a Spring 2025 course at the Ceramics Program, Office to the Arts at Harvard. Cost: $150 for those enrolled in the Spring 2025 term; FREE for Harvard Undergraduates. Registration for this workshop will open on Wednesday, February 12th at 2pm.
