Sponsored by the Holden Voice Program, this yoga-based workshop focuses on the breath, our most efficient and effective way of bringing balance to the nervous system, allowing us to shift how we respond to stress. Over two hours we will weave together physical practice, mindful breath work and meditation to release tension and bring balance to your body, breath and mind.
As a singer and voice teacher, Sarah’s techniques are fundamental to performance. Whether you are preparing for a math final or the Spring Voice Recital, this is your workshop!
