Join us for a virtual field trip to an artist's studio! We will visit contemporary ceramic artists for a guided tour of their space, a demo of their process, and discussion about their work and how it has progressed throughout their career. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in the discussion.
Time for tea! Teapots are the focus during this very special 2-hour event with Delanie Wise from her home studio just outside of Boston. Delanie will demonstrate her very special technique of combining both hand built and thrown forms to create animated and dynamic teapot forms!

BS, Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA. Potter, ceramic artist and long-time studio member and instructor at the Harvard Ceramics Program. Wise shows nationally and has won awards including 2018 First Place Sculpture, Winter Juried Show, Duxbury, MA and in 2017, John Ground Purchase Award, Strictly Functional National. Wise focuses on hand built and thrown forms then takes these forms, cuts them up and reassembles them in unexpected ways.
