Deborah Putnoi is an artist, educator, and researcher whose work is included in many significant collections, including at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She has worked for many years as a researcher with Howard Gardner at Project Zero at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Her latest exhibit, entitled Face Off: Paintings and Interactive Totems, will be on display at the Ed Portal February 16-March 17, and will feature paintings that explore complicated human connections amidst an ever-changing personal, political, and environmental landscape. Displayed alongside these paintings are interactive totems that allow visitors to share their stories and experiences with each other and with the artist.
