In this lecture, playwright Christopher Shinn RI ‘20 will examine disability representation in theater from psychoanalytic, critical theory, and historical perspectives. His research will lend itself to a new play that will center the highly specific experience of disability in such a way that actors with disabilities of all kinds can perform in it.
