Gender 101: Moving Beyond the Binary

In partnership with the Harvard College Women's Center, the Harvard Dance Center will offer Gender 101 workshops for the Harvard Community in the month of February.

Gender 101: Moving Beyond the Binary is an interactive workshop that aims to build awareness of the diversity of gender identities on campus. Through presentation and discussion, the workshop builds the capacity of individuals to recognize and respect all genders and provide tools and ideas for organizations to create a more welcoming and inclusive environment. 

This workshop is free but pre-registration is required to reserve your spot. 

 Moving Beyond the Binary

The Harvard Dance Center partners with organizations across campus to provide workshops, dialogues, and exchanges that address important campus and cultural issues, foster agency of social change, and promote values of equality, inclusivity, and dignity for all. 

March workshops will be offered with The Office of Sexual Assault Prevention & Response (OSAPR) and April workshops will be offered with the Harvard College Office of BGLTQ Student Life
