##  Student Job Opportunities

 **Job Title:** Dance Center Community Class Assistant   
**Job Description:** Be a host and assist the [Dance Center’s Fall 2020 Virtual Non-Credit Community Classes](/dance-non-credit-classes) on Zoom.

 Primary Duties include:

- host the zoom meeting and make sure it’s being recorded
- welcome participants and announce housekeeping/protocols
- check attendance
- troubleshoot technical issues
- assist instructor and/or accompanist as neede
- be present throughout the class to monitor tech and be point of contact
- be responsive to participants in need of assistance
- end the zoom meeting and report on any issues

 **Dates:** Classes will run evenings on M, T, W, and Th, and morning/afternoons on Sa for one hour each from Sept. 28-Dec. 5, 2020.  
**Qualifications**: Must be comfortable with Zoom (training will be offered). Must be available from 15 minutes prior to start of class through the end of class (1hr and 15 minutes total). Must also be available for some trainings the week of Sept. 21.  
**Compensation**: $15/hr
