    Harvard Night at the Symphony (Freshmen Only)

    Symphony HallFreshmen Only: You Are Cordially Invited to “Harvard Night at the Symphony”
    ADMISSION FREE AND LIMITED TO 50 FRESHMEN. Sign up for Freshman who did not attend the previous “Harvard Night at the Symphony” begins on Thursday, November 12 at 2 PM. Remaining tickets will be distributed to freshmen who did attend previously beginning on Tuesday, November 17 at 2 PM. Sign up in person at the Office for the Arts, 74 Mt. Auburn St. (at Holyoke St.)

    This series of free field trips throughout the academic year to attend concerts by the acclaimed Boston Symphony Orchestra at historic Symphony Hall is co-sponsored by the Freshman Dean’s Office “Through the Gates” program and the Office for the Arts at Harvard. Round-trip bus transportation will be provided, and the evening includes a pre-concert reception hosted by a BSO musician.

    November 21 Concert: works by J.S. Bach, Berg and Shostakovich, featuring Andris Nelsons, conductor, and Isabelle Faust, violin.
