Bio: Ms.Vleck's academic credentials include DMA studies, Boston Unversity, MM and Artist Diploma, New England Conservatory, Mozarteum, Salzburg, Austria, and BM, Oberlin Conservatory. In addition to her teaching at Harvard, she is Instructor of Voice at College of the Holy Cross. Other teaching appointments have been at University of Lowell, Atlantic Union College and New England Conservatory. Ms.Vleck has been a professional concert singer in Europe and the U.S. and has appeared as a soloist with oratorio societies and orchestras including the Boston Symphony and New York Philharmonic. Past students are singing with opera companies and musical theater companies. They've attended Julliard, Oberlin, NEC, NYU, Penn State, Syracuse, Ithaca and Northwestern to name a few. Ms.Vleck strives for an effortless technique based on solid breathing and good placement for her students. Coaching available for auditions.
