Wheel Throwing

Course description: Unravel the mysteries of the potter’s wheel and surface decoration in this fun, intensive class.  The fundamental techniques will be covered as you learn to center, throw and trim a variety of functional forms including cups, bowls, and vases.  Students with basic skills will focus on refining techniques and be challenged with more complex forms. Class time will be comprised of demonstrations, critiques and ample hands-on-time. 10 classes/13 weeks.
