Design for Ceramic Sculpture

Course description: Join internationally recognized ceramic artist, Mark Burns, in exploring ceramic sculpture. This course teaches simple techniques generated through "blueprints" of initial drawings of proposed sculptures. Students will learn how to engineer forms so that they will not fall apart through learning techniques in stacking, pinning and creating cradles, etc.. 8 classes/10weeks. No class on July 4th.

Course Fees:  $115 for Harvard Undergraduate Students, $205 for Harvard Graduate Students, $800 for Adult Community
