The Harvard Box Office offers ticketing and promotional services for all events at Harvard University. Our dedicated staff works closely with the event producer/organization to make each event as successful as possible. Basic Services include:

  • Advance ticket sales via walk-up, telephone and 24/7 internet.
  • Tickets printed on consignment for sale and/or distribution.
  • Pre-performance ticket sales at Sanders Theatre until 1/2 hour.
  • Post-show reports listing ticket sales, patron list and marketing info.
  • Voice mail with directions and updated listing of upcoming event(s).
  • Publicity resources and event listings.
  • Education and orientation for ticket managers, including advice on ticket placement, pricing and promoting your event.
  • Helpful forms for tracking and organizing ticket distribution.
